This is our most demanded service. We demolish and rebuild porches or repair porch slabs and brick or block bases as needed. 

Many repair projects often range from $400.00-$1,200.00.

Most porches can be demolished and replaced within 2-3 days at costs under $2,400.00. Includespecially material and labor.

Two or four unit homes with upper and lower porches often are brought down in value due to replacing the upper porch with wood framing instead of the original brick. 

We demolish, install angle iron, rebuild columns, build upper porches and install braces for wood or concrete floors.

Prefabricated steps: add on or replacements are the same price. Pricing range from $125.00 per 3ft step to $225.00 per 6ft Step. Includes materials and we always haul off old steps.

Poured on site steps: Mixed and poured to code specifications for only $50.00 more per step than prefabricated steps.
